Any more frogs? I'm thinking a proper infestation would be more than one...

Just the one, and a small one at that. So, merely a plague of frog.
I have a vague recollection of a book, most likely by Tom Holt, that included a plague of frog because budget constraints didn't allow hiring more than one frog. I think that was a bigger frog, though. (Or it might have been a rain of frog, with the same frog falling repeatedly past a window; same reason.)
