I still want the current Supreme Court to revisit the Commerce Clause, and deal with the pernicious idea that Congress - or the Executive Branch! - can simply define anything and everything as being "commerce among the several States" and thereby gain jurisdiction.
Another fine topic long overdue for close examination: the idea that Congress can levy a tax and then require special dispensation in order to be allowed to pay that tax, or even ban payment of the tax entirely.
Either of these could be a fine vehicle for ending the current Federal marijuana ban, among many other abuses.
