Not exactly lying with statistics, as such, but...
Well, pretty much every statistic we see regarding the Pestilence is highly suspect on grounds of the criteria being opaque, so you really don't know what was measured nor how the stats were derived.
And another thing has just come to my attention. Various businesses and events have a rule: either show your vaxx card or show a fresh negative PCR test every few days.
So... the unvaxxed will get tested frequently, while the vaxxed likely don't get tested at all, unless they develop serious symptoms or are admitted (for whatever reason) to a hospital that insists on testing everyone.
If there's a low-symptom strain making the rounds (as happens to be the case right now), it'll be detected in the unvaxxed because of the mandatory testing, but not in the vaxxed, because why would they be getting tested?
Kinda skews the case stats for unvaxxed vs. vaxxed, doesn't it?
