I've see hanger decks epoxied, I think they used rollers. It was paint not a pour job.

I looked up epoxy coatings, and they're decently cheap but definitely paint-like. Then I took another look at the porch, and it's heavily textured; definitely needs at least 3 mm worth of leveling.
Maybe it could have a leveling coat of smooth concrete, then an epoxy paint job. Things to ponder.
