Had low-grade crud the past couple of days.
I think it's a combination of too much time indoors (in the nasty dry heating-season indoor air) and too much caffeine (the past couple of years, but especially the past month or so). Maybe also too much nervous snacking.
I need to spend more time napping, so's I can taper off the caffeine, and also resume spending more time outdoors as weather permits. (Sundry stuff does actually need doing out there, but not while there's snow on the ground.)
Maybe also get a much bigger humidifier.
