A quick scan of the news suggests that the Senate is holding a vote today, to decide whether to approve the Third Spy Network.
I didn't know we needed another one. Wait, how many do we already have? I thought it was either one or many. The CIA, and which is the second one?
Important correction: Apparently they're voting on a different ACB, not the spy network. This one's a Supreme Court nominee. The Democrats are reportedly planning to boycott the vote, because (choose one or several):
- The nominee exists entirely within a Catholic bubble, and also has been known to associate with Pentecostals and other weird Protestants.
- She reportedly takes the Constitution both seriously and literally, and therefore is a grave threat to Progress.
- She was nominated by the wrong President.
- She has three initials. There's only room for one Infamous TLA in the history of the Court, dagnabbit!
- She has been seen wearing a red dress.
