Not, apparently, of Pestilence, atomic mutant wasps, nor any of the other trendy causes. Just one of those things that could happen to anybody anytime, but not usually to a young'n.

Yeah; I nearly lost a business partner the same way, a couple of decades back. We were in a meeting; he was arguing with one of the other guys when he suddenly made the international gesture for "Oy, such a headache I've got!" followed by the international gesture for "Nap time"; when he did't respond to inquiries nor prodding, we summoned the emergency medics, who fortunately turned up right quick.
Sometimes, prompt medical intervention works. Sometimes.
