We cleared out the RV, in preparation for returning it.
Then we hastened to the local vet's office to retrieve Joy's pet pigeon, which had been boarding there the past couple of weeks.
Then we returned the RV, with a stop at a propane supplier to top up the tank.
Along the way, Joy fielded a call from the driver who's picking up the old Prius. Basically, all he needed to know was "It's parked on the street, and the next-door neighbor at [OMITTED] has the key." Alas, his English was kind of not so good. He eventually got the message, or at least the key. We'll see if the car turns up as scheduled, sometime around 02 Jan.
Then more shopping, home, fix dinner, eat dinner.
Southmoon seems to be the only cat who's ventured out to see the cagèd pigeon. She was worried at first, then got the idea that birds are for pouncing on. Since the bird wants to come out and play, this may get problematic. Eventually, we'll have an aviary of some sort.
I may want to wind down early tonight.
