So, yeah, the era of the million-dollar fixer-upper hasn't reached this neighborhood yet, but methinks it's on its way.
And I should probably find the time & cash to nice up my front yard, to accelerate the process.
Maybe I should keep an eye on the foreclosed properties from the last bubble... when the banks start fixing those up for sale, it's probably a sign that they think the time is right for selling.
