Anyhoo: Stopped by Trader Joe's yesterday morning, post-walkies, for sundry items, whereof one was bread flour.
I could have sworn I got my last bag of King Arthur there, not all that long ago*.
They didn't have it this time. That shelf space had been taken over by a bunch of Gluten Free!!!** baking products.
But I don't want gluten-free. I want gluten-enhanced. 'Tis the nature of proper bread flour: plenty of gluten.
Guess I'll have to get it somewhere less trendy. Or order direct, or maybe from Amazon.
* Approximately three batches of pizza dough, to be imprecise.
** Needs more blink tag.
