Does any of this sound familiar?

Iowahawk has posted another of his little Art-Hoppe-esque fantasy stories, this one involving the Ratt of Phynkia, er, His Excellency Gromulak of the Cess-Mutants visiting a college to address the students.

Any resemblance to actual events is of course a figment of a diseased imagination.
