New today: Michael Totten has published his essay on the liberal case for Bush. It's surprisingly strong; contrast his earlier piece on the hawkish case for Kerry.
Note that this liberal case is not based on contemporary "liberal" domestic policy issues, but on classical liberal (i.e., pro-liberty) values and Bush's radical-leftist foreign policy, however half-baked the execution may be.
Speaking for myself, from a pro-liberty position, on domestic policy both candidates, and both parties, stink; you just get to pick which group gets oppressed first. On foreign policy, there's more of a choice this year (between bumbling execution of a radical new policy, and bumbling execution of the tired old policies - wunnerful).
Also new: Bill Whittle has a new essay up! Characteristically, a long piece with a short title: Deterrence (part 2 here).
