Been going through the Subversion logs for the Advanced Tactical Toaster's firmware, identifying what changed at each commit, and documenting in one place everything that's changed since release 1.00, based on the diffs, which are much more detailed than the commit messages (especially since the commits are often for things in some other part of the project tree, relating to entirely different projects).
Lotsa detail.
And I really should (since no one else seems to be doing so) review the official Firmware Control Procedure, which is derived from the procedure I outlined, lo these many months ago. Might just be worth making sure that 1.03 (coming Real Soon Now, pending some executive decisions on feature changes) is done exactly according to the Book.
