The news channels are abuzz with tales of James O'Keefe's arrest for... well... prosecutor Patterico has read the affidavit and it doesn't seem to support the canonical narrative.
There is the suggestion, though, that O'Keefe & co. were putting on a clown show related to the inability of Landrieu's constituents to reach her office by telephone the past few weeks.
And here we find the true, serious crime. Clearly, one of the staffers must have been a Monty Python fan, and, having seen Cleese's How to Irritate People, recognized the phrase "We're here to improve the phone service" as a death threat.
